Ryter Rong is an indie author whose name means controversy.  She takes historical fiction to a new level with her debut novel, “Ireland Calls My Name.” Set during the Cromwellian conquest in 1649, Ryter explores the truths of love and drama against the backdrop of genocide and slavery, for a people who, now, have a voice. Ryter will be hosting two panels this weekend:  one on self-publishing/writing for up-and-coming authors, and another on battling the demons of depression and suicidal tendencies.
